Perennial forb to 50cm tall or sprawling. Leaves slightly aromatic when crushed, opposite each other, 2-9cm long, 20-80mm wide (sometimes larger), flat, hairy to hairless, with 5-7 shallow lobes, the lobe edges wavy and toothed. Flowers with 5 petals, pink to white, in umbels of 4-12 flowers on stalks arising from the bases of the leaves.
